Great service my front door lock was jammed and we could not open it. Craig came out and released the lock made secure and ordered a new part and came back to fit today. Great service, and explained what the issue was and tidied up 😃. We placed a job on my builder for my locks to be replaced for both front and back doors Got in touch with Craig O Brian we arranged a date and time. Craig got in touch to say he was going to be a little earlier. Craig arrived at the house very pleasant young man and very professional. He reassured me that the keys for both locks were antisnap and came with a three year warranty! Professional job and professional attitude. Excellent speedy response to my urgent need to unlock an external door I couldn’t budge. This was a Saturday morning and Craig was there and had it all sorted within two hours, even though he didn’t have the replacement mortice lock and had to source one when dealers weren’t open! Very reasonably priced as well as service with a smile!
