Contacted Craig after my home fix to solve a dropping and catching French door failed. He attended the next day was professional, non judgmental and incredibly reasonable in cost and had it fixed in no time. Would not hesitate to recommend or use his services again. It’s such a relief to find good local tradesmen.

Outstanding service! Had a bit of a nightmare with my door lock recently. I phoned KeyPro locksmiths and Craig came out really quickly, which was even more impressive as we were just heading into a bank holiday weekend. He sorted it all out and got the lock working again without any fuss.

The price was brilliant too. Costs were explained clearly. There were no unexpected add-ons

Couldn’t have asked for anything more really. Craig went completely above and beyond and I’d definitely recommend him to anyone. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Amazing service! Arrived when he said he would, was open about the price and even went out of his way to source the part so the house wasn't left insecure.

The second time we have used KeyPro. Answered the phone immediately and was with us within the hour, just as on the previous occasion, despite being early evening. Repair carried out out to upvc door locking mechanism and property secure once again. Friendly, professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommended. Thank you

We could not unlock our front door and had been told by a previous trademan that the door would need replacing. Craig came out promptly and quickly reassured me that the door was fixable. He unlocked it and fitted a new lock at a very reasonable price. Craig was very professional and I highly recommend him.

What a top man. Offered to squeeze my job in at short notice and even called to say he could get there sooner. Diagnosed problem with the door lock in minutes and fixed the lot equally quickly for a very reasonable price. Don't hesitate to give him a call. Thanks for sorting mate.

Amazing service came out promptly and fixed the issue quickly, very well priced after being quoted £500+ from elsewhere, friendly and professional. Will be recommending to friends and family!

Called on a Saturday as my door was jammed shut, he came out within the hour, opened it and secured it, but it needed a new gear, scheduled replacement for Monday morning. Turned up on time and was fixed within an hour. Very reasonable price, would definitely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service, asked this morning for a quote and once we given up hope of finding the key we messaged and booked in for 3pm today. Lovely friendly guy, highly recommend. Thank you again
